I took my equinox in for driver seat switch. the switch would work some times, then will not work. The switch was not working when I brought it in. Kade had a diagnosis test. The tech said the the switch would work some times, then will not work. The switch was not working when I brought it in. Kade had a diagnosis test. The tech said the switch did not work, then it worked. The tech could not find the problem. I told them it was intermediate fault. I ask them why are you charging me $220 diagnostic test, when you cannot find the problem. I ask them to replace the switch in the first place, not to charge me for a diagnostic test, in which the tech could not find a problem. In the end I had to tell them to replace the switch, now it works fine. I ask for a refund on the diagnostic test, they where rude and said no refund. I been going to emic for service for over 10 years. Erin Stockman was great, the new young service tech writers are rude and unprofessional. They need to lean compassion, and understanding. More
