They did the job but the total cost was insane for just a battery. I thought the diagnostic fee would be waived since I had the battery replaced there. Most places can diagnose a battery for free. I wanted to make this my shop of choice but if I'm gonna be charged that much for simple things I'll find somewhere else but I doubt you guys care about losing a customer nobody seems to care anymore so not sure why I bother with a review. Also my wife called at one point to check on my car she didn't know I was already in contact with you guys and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude to her. More

I’m new to Denver so this was my first time getting an oil change here but everything was pretty seamless. I did have to wait an hour and half but they were having a corvette car show on the lot so at lea oil change here but everything was pretty seamless. It’s to be expected at a dealership so not a big deal since I plan for that anyways. My service advisor, Scott was friendly and I’ll definitely be back. More
Love Emich service department. One problem I had with this visit is that when I made the appointment, I was asked specifically what was wrong (crashed in tail light). I reported which parts were broken and what side and the service rep was insistent on knowing all of this info when I made the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, Joe asked if I had the parts ordered and if I reported what I needed. Obviously, I did inform the person. I did not tell the rep “go order the parts”. I believe that was why I was being quizzed on the problem. But the parts had to be ordered in, hence the appointment I made was only to confirm my reports and then to decide what I needed. Joe recognized this as inefficient, although we didn’t talk about it. No reason to. So, because of this, I had to make another appointment to get the work done. Just seemed quite inefficient to me and annoying a bit. If an assessment had to be done before any parts ordered, then the rep taking my appointment did not need to know so specifically what was wrong. More
