Vehicle buying experience I was in the market to trade in my 2015 impala and get into something a little bigger. I was shopping around and decided I would check out Emich's website since the company I work for does a lot of business with their parts department and I had no doubt that they would be reliable. I put in the information to get a rough idea how much I would be able to get for trade in value on my Impala, and within 15 Minutes Justin was giving me a call to follow up and let me know that he got the request and give me some information on promotions they had running. Due to where I live and it being much closer to my house, I took my Impala to Autonation off of HWY 36 and Broadway just to get an idea of what I could get for trade in, and was highly disappointed with the news I was given. I had almost given up on finding a new vehicle at that point. Later in the week Justin followed up with me and I let him know what was going on and that I was not going to be able to make this happen due such a low offer being made for my trade in. He said why don't you come by and see if we can't do any better for you! Well due to my work schedule it is nearly impossible to go spend the time in the dealership. This was not a problem, he sent me some information so they could do a "sight unseen" appraisal. Shortly after he came back with a much higher figure than what they were going to give me at Autonation. After this the search was back on, I was able to track down two trucks that I really wanted to take a look at. Later that afternoon I went down to the dealer and looked at one of them. After I took a look at it I knew that is what I was gong to get. This is where Christina came in. Justin is a new employee and is in training, Christina was great to work with and super knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and the process from beginning to end. She made sure that I had and complacently understood every detail from beginning to end. As anyone knows how awkward it can be when you are buying a car and you have those moments in time where all you can do is wait. This was not the case with Justin and Christina, we had a great time laughing, making jokes, and having a good time. Once it came up to the point of finance I met with Joel. You want to talk about a nice guy? Joel is as nice as they come. He was super knowledgeable and did a great job finding the best deal possible for me. Made the process so simple and easy. Over all I am happy with the experience that I had at Emich. There are a few minor things that need to be fixed on the truck but through constant communication with the friendly staff at Emich I am confident that we will be able to get everything taken care of. More

Used Chevy Volt I shopped at Emich because they had a large inventory of used Chevy Volts. Christina was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about the Volt.
