I am not a car person, and generally speaking do not look forward to the process. My interest in the electric and hybrid technology motivated me to go for a test drive and the fact that my beloved Subaru had over 100,000 miles. My husband made an appointment the day before with Cameron over the phone. I would later learn that Thursday was Cameron's day off, but he accommodated our request. We test drove the Bolt and the Volt, and Cameron's knowledge was extensive and thorough. Of course he asked for the order, which I was unable to give him at the time because I needed to think about it. He invited us to call him on his cell at any time, since it was his day off. Bottom line, we purchased the car and absolutely love it. Cameron said to call with any questions, which I have done since this car is smarter than I am. Cameron was available and answered them all. Cameron explained that Emich is a full disclosure company and I always felt we were dealt with honestly and professionally. Andrew Espinoza, in finance, was also personal and professional. We also met Joshua Betancourt, the general sales manager. While our time with him was limited, on each occasion that we spoke to him, it was clear that he is service oriented and that he cares for the people who work for him. All and all, high marks to Emich Chevrolet and our experience there. More

After doing a couple inquiries online Christina Middleton, finally contacted me and instead of telling me the information I was long for overt the phone she asked me to come in to the dealership to discuss what what i was looking for gave to face. I went in but didn't buy a car right away but Christina kept in touch with me and approx 3 months later I was ready to purchase my new car. Christina was there and ready when I got there and made the whole buying experience phenomenal by her knowledge of the vehicles and making sure that all my questions and concerns about the whole process was answered and out to rest. 100%.
