I in My overall experience at Emich was fantastic! I was looking on cars.com for a certified used Jeep Grand Cherokee, and found a 2016 Laredo online. I inquired about the availability of the jeep, and Jarom "Jay" Walker emailed me about the availability and pricing on the jeep. I went and met Jay at the dealership for a test drive on a Saturday morning. I really liked the car, but I had a few other dealerships I wanted to check out before making my decision. I told Jay I would probably be back before the day was over to negotiate a price. Jay held on to the jeep keys for me until I got back so no one else could buy the jeep. I bought the jeep that day, but could not take it home until my credit union sent the check for the jeep. Jay was professional and kept me informed of the status on the jeep and payment. Once they received the check and I was able to pick up my jeep, he had it detailed and cleaned for me so it was sparkling new! He also helped me set up my Bluetooth in my jeep, and he helped me put my blind spot mirrors on the jeep. Jay was a great guy to work with! He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. I went in knowing what I wanted, and he helped me get that. The process was smooth and not stressful. Thanks again Jay!! More

I was shopping online when I came across a jeep that I was interested in from this dealership. Within ten minutes of clicking on the vehicle, Bryan contact me to set up a meeting to see the jeep. Bryan was extremely friendly and hilarious. He had my wife and I laughing the whole time we were discussing the vehicle in question. The dealership itself was very transparent with the work that had been done on the vehicle, and had the carfax ready before we even arrive on the lot. For being a "no-haggle" dealership, they were willing to work with us on the price of the car so that all parties were ultimately happy with the purchase price. Thank you Justin and Bryan for making that happen, as we were able to walk away with the care we loved. Marcus helped us out with our finance, and he was a delight to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the warranty protections and very helpful in breaking down exactly why the charges were what they were.
