Great experience! As we walk in everybody was so kind the receptionist was so friendly I cant remember her name but she even offered us water. We personally worked with Hamid, Nick, and Alex. All three of them listened to our wants and needs and provided answers to everything. They did everything they could to make us happy with the sale. I do wish the price of vehicles were not so high. I did look all around the metro area and Emich gave the best deal on a 2017 used/new truck with 5000 miles on it. I think in general vehicle prices are extremely high, and the trick people have fallen for is they no longer get a 4 year loan they get an 8 year loan so they think they can afford the vehicle. Moving numbers around to make you think you are getting a better deal is not the answer. More
