Horrible and bad customer service I've been dealing with Adam and Kyle one being a rep the other one being the finance manager for 3 weeks now I've had nothing but the runaround. I got I've been dealing with Adam and Kyle one being a rep the other one being the finance manager for 3 weeks now I've had nothing but the runaround. I got approved through a bank for a Highlander and a Mazda the Mazda was a way better deal and cheaper to fit my budget plus I wanted a car not SUV. then Adam the rep tells me we have another bank that we can probably get you approved for let's try them to see if it'll be a cheaper interest rate I said no it was ok and I wanted to come buy the Mazda he insisted he try the other bank so I waited, couple days go by no call, so I am the one who keeps in contact with the dealership and he said oh well let me check with Kyle he was supposed to call you! okay so I waited no call next day I call he says oh yeah we're still waiting on the other bank okay, so I got a call around 12 he said it looks good were just submitting the Mazda to them. Around 6pm he calls and said oh well bad news the banks that we had fell through, I said that doesn't make any sense how was that possible he said oh well we seen a different car dealership on your credit so they backed out, there wasn't nothing they can do. now I took it upon myself to call this other car dealership they said that that's not true and all they did was look up my credit. So I called back, Adam ignored my calls. I called kyle he answered and said that wasn't true and I was still approved at least for the highlander. But they did sell the Mazda. At this point I'm furious. I could have had that a week n half ago cash in hand. Reassured me oh well we can find something else and submit to bank. Now this takes another 5 days. I'm constantly calling them and now today I call and ask oh well all we can approve you for is the highlander now mind u is not what I wanted let alone looking for. Its 10 yrs old 136k miles plus a SUV when I wanted car. Also 8 thousand dollars plus lord knows what bank would have charged me in interest. I'm very upset at customer service and I'm very shocked on how they run things. Very poor at serving me and I won't recommend them to anyone unless they get me into a car that is worth all this hassle. Its unbelievable they lie and made me miss out on a car because they made a call that I didn't even ask for I was fine with the payments and everything. They did it to there own benefit and that's not right. More
