Good Morning Jeff, I hope this message finds you well. Let me start by saying these type of messages are never enjoyable for me to send. That said, I was quite surprised to read your review of us here on Dealer Rater. We did not damage your car and you know that! Your Oil Pressure Switch let go, these things happen. Also, the Oil Pressure Switch has nothing to do at all with the Driver Air Bag Inflater Module which we repaired. Yes, our tech did forget to put the new inspection sticker on and we have apologized to you for that. You'll remember that we did not charge you for the rental car we put you in and we offered to keep you in it while we put the new inspection sticker on Monday. I brought you a car for an inspection sticker that had "no warning lights showing", never had since I bought it, I pick up the car and don't get a mile down the road and there are several warning lights flashing, not sure how you figure this to be my fault, its not, and it cost me $190 to repair, but I will make a deal with you, you refund that cost and you can take out the rental fee for the car.

Jeff, Your Oil Pressure Switch let go, which triggered the warning lights to come on. Parts breakdown and let go needing to be replaced all the time, it's called normal wear and tear. We will not be refunding you $190.00. Furthermore we will no longer accept your vehicles to be serviced here at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. yes, oil pressure switches always "let go" when the vehicle is being inspected by "crack Techs". as for not accepting my vehicle at your dealership, are you serious? I wouldn't bring my powerwasher to you nevermind my car.
