Customer service is horrible. It's like being at the DMV. Everyone is so unhappy. I went Tasca because Elmwood was so unhelpful with an issue my Wrangler had. Tasca was awesome. Brought my vehicle for a tail light issue and was originally told by the service adviser that I would need to sched Was very pleased with my service. Work was completed in an efficient amount of time and issue was corrected. Waiting area was very accommodating and up to date with plug ins for my laptop to work while I waited for the work to be completed on my vehicle and there was hot tea and coffee available. More

Oil change and tire repair Called in a few days before to make an appointment for an oil change and repair on one of the tires, just to be sure to be in and out quickly.
