I’ve heard good things about this dealership and was even recommended by a close friend of mine but I recently had the worst experience with the internet sales rep (Rebecca). I reached out to her through her recommended by a close friend of mine but I recently had the worst experience with the internet sales rep (Rebecca). I reached out to her through her profile for a call back and she was very rude on the phone, it almost seemed as though she did not want to assist me or was simply having a bad day. I called to make a complaint but no one ever reached out to me regarding the upsetting experience I had with her. I was still very interested in purchasing a vehicle but since I never received a call back, I am going to shop elsewhere. I strongly recommend hiring people that are actually helpful and not sounding like they are forced to work. More

The employees at Elmwood truly care about your satisfaction. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Josh casually asked how I was doing and we just began to chat. We spoke about the cars in satisfaction. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Josh casually asked how I was doing and we just began to chat. We spoke about the cars in the show room and how cool they were and even my own car. I then brought up that I may want to take a look at a hybrid on the lot and josh had no hesitation on pulling one up for us to ride around in. We had fun, spoke about potential options and then started playing around with numbers to see what could work for me. The whole teams professionalism, transparency, and passion abled me to have a seamless, enjoyable, and reassuring car buying process.
