I’ve heard good things about this dealership and was even recommended by a close friend of mine but I recently had the worst experience with the internet sales rep (Rebecca). I reached out to her through her recommended by a close friend of mine but I recently had the worst experience with the internet sales rep (Rebecca). I reached out to her through her profile for a call back and she was very rude on the phone, it almost seemed as though she did not want to assist me or was simply having a bad day. I called to make a complaint but no one ever reached out to me regarding the upsetting experience I had with her. I was still very interested in purchasing a vehicle but since I never received a call back, I am going to shop elsewhere. I strongly recommend hiring people that are actually helpful and not sounding like they are forced to work. More

The employees at Elmwood truly care about your satisfaction. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Josh casually asked how I was doing and we just began to chat. We spoke about the cars in satisfaction. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Josh casually asked how I was doing and we just began to chat. We spoke about the cars in the show room and how cool they were and even my own car. I then brought up that I may want to take a look at a hybrid on the lot and josh had no hesitation on pulling one up for us to ride around in. We had fun, spoke about potential options and then started playing around with numbers to see what could work for me. The whole teams professionalism, transparency, and passion abled me to have a seamless, enjoyable, and reassuring car buying process. I was going to Elmwood for many years and couldn’t say enough good things about both sales and service. They have been amazing. I moved back to MA a few years ago and tried a local Jeep dealership for ser enough good things about both sales and service. They have been amazing. I moved back to MA a few years ago and tried a local Jeep dealership for service. They tried to lie on what needed to be done and wanted to charge me $10,000 to fix the vehicle! Since I worked so well with Scott in the past, I immediately called him to tell him what happened as he is very familiar with my Jeep. I drove the 40 minutes back to have him take a look and amazingly Elmwood's team had us up and going in no time and repairs were just over $600 for an 13 year old vehicle with multiple issues! Far from the $10k quoted. In the future we plan to drive the 40 minutes to continue getting great service and feeling like a valued customer. Never again will I go to another Jeep dealer. I’ll also do a shout out to Dee-dee and Tee. Over the years they have Aldo worked with me and they are just as amazing. They are all fair, honest and don’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. They treat all customers fairly and with respect. Being a single female, car dealerships can be intimidating and I have experienced folks treating me like I’m just a girl that can be taken advantage of. Scott and team have never once made me feel this way. If I could give him 10 stars I would! More

Had a great experience at elmwood dodge. DD was great help with the paperwork and Eddie the mechanic was very professional and did a great job!
