Had vehicle for 5 months could not fix. Jeep offered to buy back vehicle, Elm Grove Dodge would not host the buy back. They demanded vehicle be towed from there lot at owners expense to a Jeep offered to buy back vehicle, Elm Grove Dodge would not host the buy back. We were traveling to DC from Wisc and had a oil/water leak. We stopped at (4) Dodge dealership to have our vehicle inspected and this is the only dealership that would give us the time of day. We stoppe leak. We stopped at (4) Dodge dealership to have our vehicle inspected and this is the only dealership that would give us the time of day. We stopped at 4:30 pm and they offered to put the vehicle up on the rack to inspect it and to find our problem. The other dealership’s all said if you don’t have an appointment we can’t help you and it would be at least 3 weeks before we could get us in. The service was excellent and the staff were super and even offered a shuttle to and from the hotel. We had to have our water pump replaced and air conditioner serviced as well. We were back on the road by 11:00am the next morning. If anyone out there needs service while traveling, this is the place to stop. We can’t thank you guys enough. More

I had my 2016 keep patriot serviced at your dealership on 7/12/2021!! I had no problem getting an appointment !! The service department has always been so very courteous and helpful to me!! First time I went to Elm Grove Dodge. I had to get my car inspected. I had an 11 AM appointment which did not keep me waiting. Within 30 minutes I was advised I was good to go. I stepped up to the counter to pay for the inspection and the two gentlemen there couldn’t have been more professional, patient, and friendly. There’s a wonderful perk I wasn’t even aware of when I bought my automobile . My annual inspection will not cost me a thing as an added thank you from my dealer.
