They were very helpful. Coming out to my Escape to make an errand. It was totally DEAD. Called Ellsworth Ford to ask if I could put a charger on it. They assured me I wouldn't harm anything. My charger did not have a strong enough boost. Ellsworth Ford offered to have it towed in as an option. So I contacted my my son. He brought over his big charger. It had a stronger boost. Got it going. I drove to Ellworth Ford. Tracy immediately took my car to the shop and put a new battery in. No charge!!! It has been good ever since!!! More
