Fed Up with Elkins Chevy responded

UPDATE: I'm the one that wrote the original review. Anyway, I needed an oil change figured that couldn't screw that up, and I have a area on my radio that tells me they actually did the job. Not to mention, I called a few other dealers and they were way more then I care to spend. I call Elkins and make an appointment for the 31st of January. About 10-15 mins later I get a call from John Chunko, the "service manager". He tells me that because Mike Elkins didn't like the email I sent him he would no longer do service on my car. Lol! Talk about acting childish! Poor baby, he didn't like the fact that someone spoke up to him and dare to say anything even remotely negative about his 27+ year old son. No wonder his kids are so entitled and childish, they learned it from the baby of a father. If you own a business, learn how to do business, properly. People have the rite to criticize poor workmanship and even poorer customer service. If you turn away everyone that says something negative, soon you wont have any customers except the naive ones that believe your lies.
