As I am an owner of a Honda Accord and not part of the Chevrolet Family, I was slightly skeptical about not having an appointment. But from the moment I walked in they made me feel right at home. They were quick to notice that it was my first time at the dealership and eager to make a good first impression. Adam and Josh quickly put my information into the system and offered to drop me off at the Promenade so that I could do some shopping while my oil was being changed. They not only helped me with my oil change but also recommened I speak with Honda about a few maintenance repairs that they noticed would prevent future problems. The overall expericne was quick, easy, and informative. Even as a Honda owner, I plan on returning to Elkins Chevrolet. More

I bought my car from a different chevrolet dealership in Pennsylvania and I needed some maintaiance on my car and also for a recall. I went to Elkins Chevrolet because I live in Jersey and happened to notic Pennsylvania and I needed some maintaiance on my car and also for a recall. I went to Elkins Chevrolet because I live in Jersey and happened to notice they were a chevy dealership. I went in there not expecting much but they helped me right away. Adam Elkins was my service advisor he was amazing, very friendly efficient and overly accomidating. Everyone else that worked there were very friendly as well and offered assistance. I work in customer service and you would be very surprised in how many companies lack customer service, you can tell they really care which is very refreshing to see. They provided me with a ride to my house while they were looking at my car and picked me up as well as my daughter and even helped me with the car seat! I had to go back to the dealership once the parts came in and I went back unannounced and they took care of me right away and with a smile. Even during their renovations, they had a waiting area with television, wifi and password(nice touch!) and coffee. They even washed everyone customers car free of charge and refered to everyone as mr. and mrs. which shows professionialism and kindness. You can tell that they really care about their customers and I cant think of anything more they could have done to make my experience better. I went there initially because I happened to pass by it but I will return because they did an exceptional job. I would highly reccomend Elkins Chevrolet and I will be telling people about thier services. Thank you so much for a great experience :) More
Adam Elkins service adviser at Elkins Chevrolet is a fantastic guy and a real credit to his profession. i took my 2010 Chevy silverado to Elkins Chevrolet to have the driver seat repaired as it was movi fantastic guy and a real credit to his profession. i took my 2010 Chevy silverado to Elkins Chevrolet to have the driver seat repaired as it was moving back and forth when i brake or accelerate.Adam Elkins had to order the parts for this repair which were two seat frames and a track assembly. He called me and said it would take 3 to 5 days to get the parts. i said great. The next day he called me to say the parts were in and bring my truck back so they could install the new parts.Took it in at 9:00am and at 2:30pm i got the call it was done.The seat was a lot of work to replace 2 frames and the track assembly plus i had the driver window inner and outer sealing strips replaced and a recall done.They did a great job on both the seat and window seals, and the recall.Fixed it right the first time an i am very happy. I bought this truck from Elkins Chevrolet and let me tell you this dealer is fantastic. they treat you with the utmost respect.They are a very professional dealership with no pressure tactics to buy anything. It is a pleasure to buy a truck or car from them no pressure at all.And Adam Elkins and his service team are the best bar none. Try Elkins Chevrolet you will not regret it.I am their customer for life and you will be to. More

Adam has always been honest and up front with me about every service related issue. There are NEVER any surprised. So long as I am living in the area, they will have a customer for life! I called to have my car serviced for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I also had a couple heated seats that were installed after factory at a Chevy dealer at a different location. I was able to get an and tire rotation. I also had a couple heated seats that were installed after factory at a Chevy dealer at a different location. I was able to get an appointment on Monday after calling on that Saturday. There was no trouble in arranging for a courtesy shuttle service. I received a call after a few hours saying the oil change and tire rotation had been completed, but they were having trouble fixing the heated seats since they were not a chevy product. They asked if it was okay if they could contact a company that they work with to trouble some electrically components of the seats. They said it would be no charge to have the seats evaluated for the diagnostics, but they couldn't estimate what the repairs may be if necessary. It was an honest answer and I had appreciated them taking the initiative to find a solution. Apparently there was a faulty shorted wiring harness which was replaced. At the completion of the work I was asked if I would not a pickup. I told them that I would be there roughly there an hour. They said no problem "our service center is open till 9." By the way I dropped my car off at 730 am. The tire rotation, oil change and repairing two heated seats cost me $44.03. In addition, there is a promotion to receive a $10.00 rebate card which would reduce the total to $34.03. I think that in this lengthy story there are a few points that I'm trying to illustrate. First, the hours are very flexible, secondly I felt the staff genuinely cared about the service of my car and making sure that beyond the dealership I was able to continue my daily routine as much as possible without my car. I know other dealerships have this as an option and even loaner cars too, but I feel the ease of which Elkins facilitated the process was remarkable. Furthermore, I have never heard of a dealer inquiring if its okay to call a third party to evaluate a problem rather than saying sorry better luck next time. Lastly, I was blown away by the tremendous pricing. I was expecting to have to pay an arm and a leg for the heated seats and also thought they might tell me well it looks like you have to fix this and that, and instead of a reasonable $40.00 it would end costing me hundreds. I was particularly fearful of this because thats what happened to my wife's lexus just a few weeks ago. Her $80.00 oil change turned out to be $3,200. Now maybe we had to replace the radiator and the water pump and the brake linings, but it was in the presentation between the 2 dealers that made it hard to truly trust the lexus dealership as opposed to Elkins. I highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet for those looking for a high quality trustworthy dealership. More

As usual, Elkins Chevrolet delivered on its promises. I was told how long a service would take, and it was finished before that time.
