I came to Elkins for a 50,000 mile service. Josh Elkins greeted me when I walked in and asked what brought me in to Elkins that day. While I waited for my car, he let me know how long my car would be and kept me updated on the status of my car. We have a 2013 Buick Regal GS. We were on our way to do an errand for my 90 year old mother when the tire pressure light came on for the right front tire. When we could easily pull off the highway, we c an errand for my 90 year old mother when the tire pressure light came on for the right front tire. When we could easily pull off the highway, we checked the tire and found that there was a nail causing the problem. We had just passed Elkins Chevrolet so we turned around and pulled in to the dealership service area. They were very quick to check the tire and assess that it could easily be repaired. All the gentlemen in the service department were friendly and had us back on our way. I'm sorry that I do not recall the names of the men that took care of us because they deserve a big thanks. More
This dealership and service center is the best I have worked with in the many years I have owned vehicles. Josh and the service techs did a great job getting my Silverado back on the road after it burst a break line. I came in late after hours on Thursday to the service area and Josh was sitting there. I said I know its after hours but could you check my truck in for service on Friday? He said "sure". They worked on it Friday and got it done in time so I could use the truck on Saturday to help move some items. I've bought 3 cars from Elkins and get them serviced there. I like the fact that its family owned with several of the Elkins boys working there. Thanks again Josh! More

I have taken my vehicle to this dealership on multiple occasions for routine service. They have always worked on my vehicle efficiently and effectively. While some dealerships tend to tell you everythin occasions for routine service. They have always worked on my vehicle efficiently and effectively. While some dealerships tend to tell you everything is wrong and everything needs to be replaced, you receive candid responses from employees here and prices for labor and parts are both very good. I got a call right away to inform me - my car arrived by tow truck I believe that initial call was from Derrick. I thought that was very considerate. My car needed extensive repair. I was panicking when my car just died on the way to work. An insurance deductible and a vet bill had all my reserves used up. Even though, I had a warranty I could not imagine it would cover much of any of the cost. I work in New Jersey where our family business is located. My brother who is familiar with many dealers and auto repair shops of all types-recommended Elkins due to their excellent reputation. My service contact was Josh. Though I made it clear-there was no pressure to rush my job- they did an incredible amount of work in a relatively short amount of time. Josh explained all the work needed on my car, giving me daily updates. When I picked up my car, I felt like I was getting a new car and it drove like one. I know my car is a lot safer because everything was checked out. If it needed something, they fixed it-both warranty and non-warranty. The amount of work covered by warranty was incredible. I am very thankful - I don't have to take on another part time job. Also, the dealership is beautiful. Everyone is friendly and makes you welcome. You probably will be happy to hear, there appeared to be plenty of people shopping for a new car when I picked up my car late afternoon yesterday. More
I went to Elkin's Chevrolet for my 2012 Silverado's first oil change. What a pleasant experience. I was the last customer to purchase a vehicle in their old showroom, 9/17/12, and now the Silverado's first oil change. What a pleasant experience. I was the last customer to purchase a vehicle in their old showroom, 9/17/12, and now they have a brand new showroom and service area. Very nice guys. I pulled my truck up to the garage door, it opened and I was inside a temperature controlled area and greeted by the service manager John Chunko. I wanted to show John a few things on my truck that I was concerned about before the first service. I had a small rust spot on my side step and a little rubber bumper missing from under the hood. John was pleasant and said that Derek Minghetti would be able to help me out. Derek took over, entered all the information into the computer, said that he would have my oil changed, tires rotated, and order the replacement steps and a rubber bumper, showed me where the customer lounge was, and invited me to have a coffee and bagel from their hospitability station. When the job was finished, Derek came out to the lounge and explained what was going on and that they were washing my truck before they give it back to me. I was impressed!! I had thought that I would have to complain or argue to have my step replaced, but Not at Elkin's. I am a very satisfied Elkins New Truck Buyer and Now a Very Satisfied Elkin's Chevrolet Customer who will always go to Elkins for servicing and my next purchase. Way to go Elkin's Team! You guys really are that good. More
