I had scheduled a service appointment online for my Chevy Equinox on what I thought was a Wednesday. But, do to my own mistake, I actually scheduled it for a Friday. I arrived on Wednesday and Chas informe Equinox on what I thought was a Wednesday. But, do to my own mistake, I actually scheduled it for a Friday. I arrived on Wednesday and Chas informed me that I had showed up on the wrong day and that they were very busy. He didn't make a big deal out of it and proceeded to take my info and work on getting my problem fixed. He kept me updated on what the issue was, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take. After it was all said and done, Chas and the crew at Elkins Chevrolet helped me out greatly on my only day off from work. Each and every time I go to Elkins, I leave impressed and happy with the service I received. I just wish my Equinox would stop having so many issues considering it's only 3 years old. More

I recently purchased a new truck and moved from out of state. I was looking to find a quality service center for my vehicle. I checked with Chevy and they referred me to Elkins. I was unsure about finding a service center that would put my mind at ease and perform the work in a professional and timely manner. Josh and the staff quickly confirmed to me that I had in fact chosen the right place. We even talked College Football, a great passion of mine as I am from the South and we really get into College football down there. I set another appointment while I was there to have my brake shoes replaced. As a new Chevy owner, I had and still have many questions about my vehicle. Josh Elkins told me he would finish a complicated project and have a pickup driver at my house within a certain timeframe, and he kept his word. I dropped off my car and they couldn't have been nicer. They were kind enough to give me a ride home and pick me up again when my car was ready.
