I had tire issues. My car was telling me that my current tire pressures were low and to have them checked. After having them filled repeatedly and to have my car tell me that they were still low, I decided to go to Elkins Chevrolet to get my car serviced. I walked in and was greeted immediately by a friendly employee named Josh. He told me it would not take long to have my tires checked out. Turns out that I did not have a leak and they promptly put my tires back on, fixed the issue with my car telling me I had low air pressures. Now the car and tires are working properly and I couldn't have asked for better service. Going back to the service department at Elkins Chevrolet anytime I have an issue with my car. More
VEHICLE DIAGNOSTIC AND REPAIR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. STOPPED IN TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERED TO LOOK AT IMMEDIATELY. THE DIAGOSTIC WAS PERFORMED. JOSH INFORM CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. STOPPED IN TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. SERVICE DEPARTMENT OFFERED TO LOOK AT IMMEDIATELY. THE DIAGOSTIC WAS PERFORMED. JOSH INFORMED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. Fantastic Service On 9/6/2016 I left work and discovered a flat tire. Had AAA put my spare on and it was low on air and I had a 60 mile ride home. I stopped at Elkins a On 9/6/2016 I left work and discovered a flat tire. Had AAA put my spare on and it was low on air and I had a 60 mile ride home. I stopped at Elkins and met Josh. He reassured me they would do thier best to get me on the road. Keep in mind I do not drive a Chevy product, I have a Hyundai Santa Fe. Within a short period of time they had my tire repaired and back on my car and I was back on the road!! I myself am in the customer service business and good service is extremely imporant to me and I have to say Josh was awesome!! Very professional to say the least!! Would recommend him and Elkins Chevy to anyone I know!!! More

Overcharged for nothing In March, I bought a 2014 Camaro. Ive brought it in 3 times already for service. The first time was to remove a small ding in the passenger side door. In March, I bought a 2014 Camaro. Ive brought it in 3 times already for service. The first time was to remove a small ding in the passenger side door. They took off the door panel to fix it, and when I got it back, it looked great! However the speaker on that door made a feedback noise when accelerating. It still makes that noise. So I took it back to them, and they couldnt "replicate that noise." Today I picked up my Car again for a chirping sound that happens when the car is at a certain RPM. I was out of town and gave them a week to diagnose and fix the issue. My car is covered under warranty but they claim it was my after market cold air intake rubbing against my engine cover. Since this was an after market part, they charge me $125 to diagnose and $65 TO GRIND PLASTIC OFF MY ENGINE COVER. My engine cover how has a cut in it and it not smooth, and the sound hasnt gone away. In other words, I have payed $206 including tax to grind down my engine cover even though obviously that wasnt the problem. I will be coming back to get a refund and speak to a general manager and or service manager. More
