I purchase my 2011 Camaro from Elkins and the price seemed fair.I agreed and the nightmare began.First they tried to slip by me a Gm buyers retention rebate that customers names show up sometimes.They seemed fair.I agreed and the nightmare began.First they tried to slip by me a Gm buyers retention rebate that customers names show up sometimes.They didn't tell me and tried to bombard me and get me to sign it!I caught them and they were forced to issue me the rebate.(Caught).Second phase of the nightmare came when I got a letter threatening to report me to the credit beaurau because They never paid off the trade in!(Brother dealing with same issue now.Would never buy from them again!I had to pay a payment.I lost alot of money in extra interest that Elkins wouldnt pay.Part 3 of the nightmare,because they never paid anything my tags wernt in and my temorary registration was expiring that day I went there.Jason Elkins told me to drive on the expired registration.I was going away and refused.He angrily sent a runner to Runnemede NJ,to get me the tags for my car!I figure mistakes happen and gave them the benifit of the doubt,but so sorry I did because I am dealing with a bunch of rude,ignorant Owners and workers.So sad that Owners and emploees do not care about keeping customers.I hope everyone they treat the way they treated me and my family files complaints with Chevrolet,The BBB,and dealer rater so that no one has to go through what we are! More

Adam was so helpful today going above and beyond helping me with an issue that had been previously repaired a couple of years ago. Also, provided honest service whereas another dealership had told me two y me with an issue that had been previously repaired a couple of years ago. Nice to deal with. Low presure. I would go back to Ian for another car. My wife loves the car. We bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox. We looked at Ford, Chrysler and Suburu dealerships for cars. I have my new Traverse now for almost a week and I am extremely happy with it as I was with my Equinox which I turned in and at first was reluctant to do so. My sales consultant Jim Horan and Joe Capra made it both easy and by saving me money over my prior lease it was a no brainer. Good selection of vehicles is important to have and Elkins has just that. They had the car I wanted, got it and the paperwork ready very quickly and worked me through all the closing material painlessly. When something is good and I like dealing with them I stick with them. Other than oil changes and tire rotations etc. I be back to the sales dept. in three years or less. By the way lets not forget Adam Elkins who is great! Always helpful and considerate and we love to talk Aruba. Guys keep up the good work and you will have me and other customers for a lifetime.
