OMG, these two employees were FABULOUS!!!!! From the time we were greeted to the time we signed the final papers it was a very, very enjoyable process. Originally they were going to import an Avalanche time we were greeted to the time we signed the final papers it was a very, very enjoyable process. Originally they were going to import an Avalanche from another dealership but after looking at the one in stock my husband decided to go with the one they had. Marylu was wonderful. What can I say that hasn't been said already, this dealership, and the employees are a gem. As soon as we stepped in, my girlfriend and I were treated like VIP. I bought a 2012 Equinox on 1/3/2012, and they were very accommodating no matter how long it took to work out the numbers, best part is, I never once felt rushed to make a decision. I enquired by email to Elkins via a cars.com listing they had for a Chevy Malibu. Within 15 minutes I recieved a phone call from sales manager Joe Capra. Joe was very accomodating working pricing with me by had for a Chevy Malibu. Within 15 minutes I recieved a phone call from sales manager Joe Capra. Joe was very accomodating working pricing with me by phone and email, even though I had yet to step foot into his dealership. When I arrived to test drive, I was helped by Tony Dillard. Tony could not have been more helpful as I ended up looking at 3 different cars that morning. Overall I was extremely happy with the comfort and ease of my experience with Elkins. Looking for a new car, I went to Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, Ford, Subaru, and Chevy dealers. I got down to the Subaru Forrester or a Chevy Equinox. I test drove 8 Equinox at 5 different dealerships Mitsubishi, Ford, Subaru, and Chevy dealers. I got down to the Subaru Forrester or a Chevy Equinox. I test drove 8 Equinox at 5 different dealerships. Elkins stood out as the one I seemed to trust. As my wife said, she did not need to take a shower after she left. Mike Montez was my salesman. I had an awesome sales experience. Mike drove with me to explain the car. Later I had my wife go up without me to drive one. I had specific features I wanted, and Elkins was able to locate the car and have it brought in. Prior to the car coming in, Mike called to let me know there was another AWD in stock and wanted me to drive it because all I had drove from Elkins to that point were FWD, and he wanted to make sure I tested the AWD before my car came in. My car delivery date was on the October snowstorm day, so they kept the car inside for inspection and delivery. Mike went over the car, Nick got me a great rate, and off I went. Shortly after I noticed the drivers seat felt "wrong" I went to service. They felt the seat and also thought the back of the seat cushion felt unsupported. They ordered a new cushion and installed it, but the support issue was still there. Then they went above and beyond, and sent me to a local trim shop which fixed some loose support straps. Now I have that perfect car I test drove and decided to buy. I will buy again from Elkins when my kids are ready for a car. More
