I bought my Impala from Elkins with confidence 16 years ago and naturally went back when it was time to trade it in. After so many years, I realized my knowledge of the auto industry and new technology is limited. Lalita was very patient bringing me up to speed on new ideas, purchase options, and resources. It was easy to build a trusting relationship with her. She understood my needs for safety and my budget. She suggested I test drive a 2016 Malibu, which I would never have considered (I was an Impala girl), and very much to my surprise I LOVED it.
