Everything was great I had been to Elkins Chevy a few times over two weeks and everyone i dealt with was great. Vaughn was a very good guy and very helpful in looking. Bob did a great job trying to search other dealerships for what I wanted. And finally, Jim, who I dealt with when I actually bought my silverado, was a really nice guy and was very helpful at finding something that was more affordable, yet still what i wanted. Super rude salesman Today I went to this dealer with my girlfriend to look at some cars for both of us since we both want to get into newer cars. The salesman from the be Today I went to this dealer with my girlfriend to look at some cars for both of us since we both want to get into newer cars. The salesman from the beginning wasn't friendly and once he got the tags to take out a car we took it out literally around the corner. The test drive was less than a minute in total. While we were there the salesman couldn't answer any questions I had about the vehicle. After we were obviously done with me because I became uninterested in the vehicle; he made my girlfriend so uncomfortable she didn't even want to look at a car for herself there and we explained how her car was giving her so many issues and that's why she wants to get into a newer car that won't cause her issues. He then went on to say she was spoiled and doesn't need a new car. He was very rude and I'm so unhappy with this dealer it honestly makes me never want to get Chevrolet products EVER. Unfortunately because of this event we immediately left for unhappy and the salesman didn't care at all and walked back inside without a worry in his mind. I hope many people see this so everyone can see what a bad dealer looks like. More

Always a Great Experience at Elkins! Jeff Schor and Derek were great to deal with for a new lease deal. We had a family matter to take care of which made it difficult for a quick decision Jeff Schor and Derek were great to deal with for a new lease deal. We had a family matter to take care of which made it difficult for a quick decision. They were extremely patient and never hounded us like your typical dealer would. After a few days and a few texts / calls back and forth, we agreed on a great deal and came in to quickly sign our papers. This our second experience with Jeff, and we'll be going back to him in 2 years once our lease is over! More
