When I arrived he was quickly available and was attentive to my questions and requests. After my test drive he handed me over to Russ Abate who handled finalizing the numbers to make my monthly payment work. On the day that I purchased the vehicle they worked quickly to expedite the paperwork process and Jeff did a wonderful job of showing me all the technical aspects of the car before allowing me to drive off with my new truck. My current lease was ending in a few short months and after my interactions with Lalita I proudly drove away in my new 2016 Silverado that same day. She even took me on a tour of the dealership and introduced me to my new extended family. My experience has encouraged my fiance to coming on board when her current lease is up as well.
