Our salesman, Tony Dillard, was phenomenal! He went out of his way to make us comfortable and took as much time as needed to close the deal and go the extra mile. He set up the OnStar for me, then my Bluetooth, and explained all of the benefits that the dealership offers to their family of customers. We truly felt the warmth of a "family dealership" which was such a breath of fresh air. The benefits he described (such as a "pit stop") were not expected at all but very much appreciated. To say the least, we will definitely recommend Elkins Chevrolet (and Tony Dillard in particular) whenever we get the chance! More

He treated us as intelligent adults who would make the purchase when satisfied they were dealt with fairly. BTW, we had walked out on a dealer yesterday. We were dealt with fairly and offered a great price. There was no haggling, no pressure. We had done our research and knew what we wanted and wanted to spend. Rich seems to understand what a lot of car salespeople do not-respect the buyer.
