An outstanding new car buying experience from start to finish. As we arrived at the dealer on a 25 degree evening, sales consultant Adam Elkins greeted us warmly and asked how he could help me and my wife finish. He was very personable and accommodating while not being overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble no matter what was requested. We had only stopped in to look at a Chevrolet Traverse and did not have the intention to buy that evening. However, the combination of Adam's demeanor, the beautiful vehicle, and a great deal ended with us purchasing a 2014 Traverse LTZ that evening. I picked up the Traverse the next morning. When I arrived all paperwork was ready for signature and the car was spotless. Once again Adam was very helpful as well as business manager Tom Pierson. The whole experience was outstanding and I will definitely return if I purchase another Chevrolet and refer others looking for one. More

Vehicle broke down at 230Pm call Chas and he took the vehicle in immediately. they had it repaired in less than 1 1/2 hrs so I could resume my trip. The repair was coverd under warranty, they replaced an vehicle in immediately. they had it repaired in less than 1 1/2 hrs so I could resume my trip. Initial service visit determined gas cap needed replacement. 24 hrs later Service Engine light came on again. Returned, told Purge Solenoid valve needed to be replaced and it would need to be done replacement. 24 hrs later Service Engine light came on again. Returned, told Purge Solenoid valve needed to be replaced and it would need to be done the next day. Gas cap cost would be credited and diagnostic not charged again. Work was done next AM. All communication from Customer Service excellent. When car was returned I reported a broken cup holder, after checking with mechanic Service Rep told us it was received that way. Definitely not. After leaving the area we discovered that the satellite radio wire was broken or disconnected - no connection. We believe this was also done during the repair. Repair was done, but damage to our vehicle. More

Jeff was able to provide a NO pressure and relaxed buying experience that was quite enjoyable. From the initial phone contact through the hug goodbye we feel that not only did we buy an awesome truck but also made a friend. Our next point of contact was with Tom the finance manager. Tom was able to have all of our documents ready and allowed us to be driving away in under an hour. Record setting time. Tom also provided a warm and friendly atmosphere and debunked all the myths of the dreaded finance guy. Finally...we had the opportunity to deal with Bob Borman. Bob is honest, fair and keeps his word!! Bob did what ever it took to make the deal happen and went above and beyond. I had scheduled a service appointment online for my Chevy Equinox on what I thought was a Wednesday. But, do to my own mistake, I actually scheduled it for a Friday. I arrived on Wednesday and Chas informe Equinox on what I thought was a Wednesday. But, do to my own mistake, I actually scheduled it for a Friday. I arrived on Wednesday and Chas informed me that I had showed up on the wrong day and that they were very busy. He didn't make a big deal out of it and proceeded to take my info and work on getting my problem fixed. He kept me updated on what the issue was, how much it was going to cost, and how long it would take. After it was all said and done, Chas and the crew at Elkins Chevrolet helped me out greatly on my only day off from work. Each and every time I go to Elkins, I leave impressed and happy with the service I received. I just wish my Equinox would stop having so many issues considering it's only 3 years old. More
