Lori Simpson was knowledgeable about the vehicles and very pleasant to work with, Joe Capra was creative working the numbers, very well presented for the customer looking to buy by payment. Bob Borman was persistent at attempting to sell add-on programs, he explained them thoroughly and was not offended when denied. All were very pleasant and made the entire process bearable. I have purchased several vehicles in my years and only one other time have I found a dealership that I would return to first when looking to make another purchase and Elkins is now one of them. They were quick to notice that it was my first time at the dealership and eager to make a good first impression. Adam and Josh quickly put my information into the system and offered to drop me off at the Promenade so that I could do some shopping while my oil was being changed. They not only helped me with my oil change but also recommened I speak with Honda about a few maintenance repairs that they noticed would prevent future problems. The overall expericne was quick, easy, and informative. Even as a Honda owner, I plan on returning to Elkins Chevrolet. More
