Unfortunately my car came with an electronics problem. Onstar and GPS/Nav were not functioning in the car when I drove it home. The service center said the Vehicle Communications Module was bad replaced it. All is good now. It'd be a value add if the dealer could check this, and fix before cars leave their lot. More

Even though that was overwhelming they both spoke about returning at any point to get assistance if needed. On a personal level; I came with 2 of my sisters and they both took the time to speak with both of them and just get a bit of info about them each. Lisa the financial person even was wonder in explaining everything. Who also took the time while I was filling out and signing paperwork to speak with my sisters. The was even another sales person that I did not get their name but sorry for that but they even helped in getting my car ready for me to drive away. Great experience all around. More

I was upset at first because I was interested in a car that was advertised online (on Elkins website and Overall, I had a great experience at Elkins. I was upset at first because I was interested in a car that was advertised online (on Elkins website and third party websites) that was presumably ready for purchase. Once I expressed interest online, I was contacted by Gia Lomax who offered to make me an appointment to test drive it. I made the appointment. However, when I arrived at the dealership, I was told that the car was not at the dealership but I would be able to test drive a similar model. After this test drive, I was told the car was at the dealership but it was not ready for purchase and wouldn't be ready for about another week. My salesman, Boris Korolik, was very apologetic for this very upsetting miscommunication and went above and beyond to keep me updated with the status of the car and even came in on his day off to finalize the purchase for me. I really appreciated his professionalism and he made me extremely happy and comfortable with this purchase. Thank you, Boris! Also, Emily was wonderful with helping me set up the technology features of the vehicle and Lisa was a pleasure to deal with for financing! Overall, I would recommend Elkins for a great car buying experience. More
