I did not realize it had expired so ended up paying for the 60,000 service twice - once with the prepayment and once when the car received the service. Victor called Toyota Finance to see if they would approve the prepayment and was told no. I also called and spoke to a supervisor who would not budge. His argument was that the contract had expired. While I understand that I believe if I have already bought something that should be honored. I feel cheated and will never buy that option again - that is if I decide to buy another Toyota. More
Excellent Price and service Scheduling, checkin, notifications and price were a big plus for the Toyota Service Center. I had one small opportunity for improvement. The payment area didnt have a sense of urgency to get payment and get me on my way. The person in front of me was clearly social and kbew someone there and it caused a backup. And then I paid cash, waited for a phone call response for keys and an explaination of service that never came. I asked if I could get my keys right away and get going since I had a obligation in 10 minutes. A second call was made and paperwork and notification of where to pickup my car was then given. Then I was on my way. I recommend attention to details and speed of payment and getting us on our way be more of a priority. Socializing and giving an explanation should not take up all the counter space and everyones attention for one person while all orthers wait. More
Very poor customer service Buying experience was great but service experience is terrible. First time I took my brand new car in for 6 month service, they scratched the hood and Buying experience was great but service experience is terrible. First time I took my brand new car in for 6 month service, they scratched the hood and I wasted lots of time while they fixed it. Took my car in at 9am today for 12 month service and was told it would be ready by 1:30. Called me at 1:30 to say it was done but the shuttle couldn’t pick me up till 2:00. Sat outside from 2:00- 2:45 waiting for the shuttle and no communication in the meantime. Called them several times asking about status and was told the drivers had a delayed lunch and should be there any minute. Had to pick up my kids at 3:30 so finally at 2:55, I just called and told them to forget about the shuttle, got a ride from lyft to the dealer that cost me $20, got my car and was late picking up my kids from school. My 6 and 9 year old kids freaked out when I wasn’t there to pick them up and walked home several miles by themselves. They weren’t at the school by the time I got there to get them and a full search ensued with lots of concerned adults. Eventually checked at home and found them waiting outside. Needless to say, lots of headaches and scared adults/children just because of poor communication and customer service. You can do better, Toyota. Disappointed. More

Review of my visit Overall, I was very satisfied with the service of getting an oil change and tire rotation. I had $20 in points that I used, so that was a plus. I thought the shuttle service could have been better, although the driver was good. I missed the first ride out as I didn't hear the announcement (not very loud) and no one came through the waiting area to announce a departure. More
