$89.95 Car cleaning service rip off I brought my car in for a cleaning. It was done about two hours later. After paying and walking out to my car. I noticed that the inside of my car wa I brought my car in for a cleaning. It was done about two hours later. After paying and walking out to my car. I noticed that the inside of my car wasn’t even wiped down. The center console where the drinks go wasn’t even touched. This center display was a mess. Also the gear shift wasn’t wiped down either. I had to walk in and have the service guy take a look. He has it brought to the service bay. Twenty minutes later my name is said over head. I check out my car again and I notice that backseat wasn’t touched. The manager and the service guy take a look again. Sending it back to the service center again. I had to wait another 20 minutes. This time the back seat is given the once over. I have grey leatherish seats. They aren’t cloth or anything hard to clean. After all my issues was I told sorry ? No .. Did the manager say a word to me ? No.. The manager was at the door as I left. No one even came by to my car to take a look with me. I had to walking all the way back through the service department. I left very mad that day with my car still not properly cleaned. More

Toyota Experience I visit the dealership in the morning.I was told that I may have to leave the car there overnight, a gentleman named Primal Kumar rushed up and said t I visit the dealership in the morning.I was told that I may have to leave the car there overnight, a gentleman named Primal Kumar rushed up and said they were able to perform the service I need, since it's a safety and urgent concern. They were able to accommodate my schedule and provide me a ride back home. I received a call at 2:40 PM and was left a voicemail and told to return a call that the car is ready for pick up. I return a call at 3:15 PM and was that she will help me, provide me a ride back to the dealership. I didn't get any notification about my ride until I called back Andy at 3:45 PM and received a confirmation at 3:55 PM. He provided me a service for a ride. I got to the front desk and signed to authorize that I received my car. Andy left my driver side mat in my trunk, he dug into my middle console and searched through it. He left my car unwashed when Primal offered me a complimentary wash. I requested the front desk that my car was unwashed and she went to grab Andy's attention. He got the technician to pull up and provide me a complimentary wash. I told him that I appreciate his help, he gave me a smile and thumbs up and walked away. I realize my car had the AC on full blast and my radio was on much louder than what I was comfortable with. My driver side rear view mirror was broken and just sagging there. I do not appreciate what Andy or the technician did here. More
