Didnt wait too long at all I had work done on my car 4/16/2018. I had scheduled an appt. Got there in the morning. Was greeted right away. The tech explained to me what was goin I had work done on my car 4/16/2018. I had scheduled an appt. Got there in the morning. Was greeted right away. The tech explained to me what was going to get done. Showed me where i would be waiting. The lounge was fine. There was alot of people. But to be expected on a monday. So it didnt bother me at all. I sat in the service parts area. Although I didnt have to purchase any parts from them. They were friendly and joking with every person that came to their counter. Almost made me wish i was buying something. Guys great attitudes. Especially for the early morning. My tech Danny was very knowledgable about the questions I was asking. And I had quite a few. But he didnt seem to be bothered at all by them. More

Done in a timely manner I called to get a service date for a pricey repair on my Sequoia that needed to be done. I was given a date 2 weeks out, At the time I had another ve I called to get a service date for a pricey repair on my Sequoia that needed to be done. I was given a date 2 weeks out, At the time I had another vehicle (corolla) in for a recall (air bag) and said something to Fred (service rep). He said for me to drop the sequoia of when I pick up the corolla. Much needed since the sequoia would not go over 30 mph. Thanks Fred, Phillip Crumback More
