Elk Grove Toyota (formerly Florin Toyota) is where I go to and trust to get major car service done for over 25+ years. A leaky power steering pump quicken me to schedule an appointment to have my car evaluated and fixed. In addition, I went in for the Toyota max service. Fred Daniels scheduled me in quickly with an appointment. Fred was very thorough and patient in explaining to me my options to have the leaky power steering pump fixed along with other services associated with it. Thank you Fred for providing exceptional service. You are much appreciated! Another perk is Elk Grove Toyota has a shuttle service to drive you to work and driving me back to Toyota from work. Damaged my vehicle on first visit but friendly center I hate to give a poor review as all my visits to any Toyota service have been 5 stars. Went into Elk Grove Toyota for a routine maintenance. 1.5 hou I hate to give a poor review as all my visits to any Toyota service have been 5 stars. Went into Elk Grove Toyota for a routine maintenance. 1.5 hours after I left, they called to ask me to check if my car was leaking oil. The advisor told me the mechanic struggled to open my oil filter cap and used some "muscle" and had noticed leakage under my car but was not certain if it was from my car. To my disappointment, oil was dripping under my car when I checked and my license plate was bent forward and half my souvenir plate frame was gone. I was running errands with my small child and was driving the car for about 2 hours by the time I returned home. I was nervous to drive it back to the center 20 minutes away, but thankfully, they sent out their tow service the next day. Staff is friendly and very helpful, but this was a little careless and I'm not sure why the advisor and myself, were notified 1.5 hours after I had picked up the car. I should have not left the lot with it, if there were any doubt in the safety of my car. More

Lovely experience, right when I pulled up a lady had asked me for the kind of service that I came in for then after she asked me if I would like anyth Lovely experience, right when I pulled up a lady had asked me for the kind of service that I came in for then after she asked me if I would like anything to drink, a gentlemen took over by the name of Brian, once I walked out of my car the female handed me my beverage. Brian assisted throughout my entire experience here and he was excellent. His customer service was amazing as well as the female early on. They also have complimentary donuts while you’re waiting for your vehicle. To top it off they offer a free car wash with your service! Overall, this is by far the best experience I’ve had getting service done on my car. This will be my new go to spot for my vehicle. More
