At check out, I went to the desk, then was referred back to the service department, my adviser was busy, so another adviser walk my BACK across the breezeway to the desk and I was checked out. Excellent Service - Toyota Going in Right Direction Came in for my semi-annual maintenance service via an extended maintenance agreement. There were 3 technicians that helped out. The first one, Bill, Came in for my semi-annual maintenance service via an extended maintenance agreement. There were 3 technicians that helped out. The first one, Bill, helped check the tire treads, the second one (didn't catch his name) started the paperwork and the third one, Daniel, was the main technician that processed the service. He was very nice, professional and explained everything that was to be done and explained afterward the result of the inspection and what had been completed. He was conscientious and called/texted to let me know when the car was done and also helped me make the next appointment. He also walked me over to where the car was parked which was a nice gesture.
