Routine Service Experience I went in for a routine 25K service and Gary notified me that I would have to pay for the oil change. I was surprised to hear that it wasn't included I went in for a routine 25K service and Gary notified me that I would have to pay for the oil change. I was surprised to hear that it wasn't included and he was too. When I picked up my car he said he did additional research and mentioned that because I have gone to multiple dealerships for servicing there was a mix up with the way it was documented. He was able to provide me the oil change free of charge as was rightfully owed to me. He went above and beyond to ensure I received the best service possible. Thanks Gary! More

Routine Maintenance I came in for a routine oil change. The people in Express Lube found a problem and went directly to my Service Manager, Charles. Charles came and ta I came in for a routine oil change. The people in Express Lube found a problem and went directly to my Service Manager, Charles. Charles came and talked to me and said he recommended I leave the car overnight to correct the problem. I did so. Turned out to be a major problem and was so very glad they caught the problem when they did as this vehicle is our main "over-the-road" vehicle. Had it fixed the next day and I was able to pick up my grandchildren on time. More
