I brought my wife Camry for oil change yesterday. I was called three times that the vehicle is ready for pick up When I trying to pick it up the vehicle was not washed. The receptionist made an eff I was called three times that the vehicle is ready for pick up When I trying to pick it up the vehicle was not washed. The receptionist made an effort to was it but it was not dried I had to dry it myself beside that the tire pressure was not set at 35psi they were all over the place I took a picture. Also I asked Carly to get me a quote for replacing my 2011 Prius cooling system, she call to the main service they told her that the cost is $130 when I get there today the service writer told me that it would be $300 for both cooling systems. I am not going to give a bad survey but at least the code should be close to what it given at the first place More
