Was very pleased with the "no sales pressure" visit to Elk Grove Subaru. We had purchased our 2018 Forester there and I really wanted the new safety and comfort features of a new car. I was interested in a Crosstrek this time but wasn't as pleased with the options this model offered. Marissa really listened to my concerns and what I expected in a new car so showed me a 2025 Forester that had the features I wanted and wasn't that much more in cost than the Crosstrek. I bought thru the Costco Auto Buying Program and had the Carmax offer on my "trade-in" Forester so it was a simple matter of completing the paperwork and writing a check! Marissa went over all the features in my new car and scheduled a followup with Rachel for further instructions I will be greatfull to have. She also gave me her cell number in case I had any questions. I am surprisingly pleased at all the followup offered as we really did not get that kind of attention in 2018 More
