We found a car we liked online, and were able to quickly speak with the Internet Sales Mgr (Marissa Anderson). She was capable and thorough. The negotiation was a bit tough, but they always are, and in the end we felt we got a deal that was fair to all parties, we did NOT get any undue pressure to buy features we did not want. Thanks also to the manager and sales team of Subaru Elk Grove for giving me options on what I really needed for my car without pressuring me to add other packages.
