I shopped on the internet for weeks before deciding to make an appt at Elk Grove Subaru. Dickson Yip called me because I had done an online inquiry on a Subaru Outback. I wasn't sure I was ready to buy b make an appt at Elk Grove Subaru. Dickson Yip called me because I had done an online inquiry on a Subaru Outback. I wasn't sure I was ready to buy but after talking to Dickson on the phone, I decided to test drive a car. In the past, I shyed away from dealers due to them being pushy, pressuring me and having an attitude. I did not see these issues with Dickson. He was kind, courteous and no pressure at all. He knew all the details about the car and answered every question I had. When it came time to make a deal, I was given a very fair price on my trade in. The finance Manager, Paul Lanza, was extremely easy to do business with, giving me the best rate Subaru could give me for the term I wanted. He also explained in detail, the extended warranty and options I wanted to add. My overall experience was great! I was in and out of Elk Grove Subaru in 3 hours. I have already recommeded this dealership to my friends and I would go back again. Thank you Elk Grove Subaru for making my new car purchase a delight! More
