Wonderful experience! I do almost all of my purchases on the internet and had received numerous price quotes from the dealerships in our area. From the get go I had a good feeling about Mike as he was not pushy or presenting me with unrealistic numbers. He didn't bombard me with emails just trying to get me in the dealership. He was very professional! I felt what we paid was reasonable and fair, but of course, don't we always want a better deal? I felt good when I left as I had stayed within our original budget and monthly payment. My fun really began when I met Paul in the finance department. Not only did he get me a great interest rate, he is funny and has an amazing personality! Great experience and will most definitely buy from Elk Grove Subaru again! More

I was unsure about Elk Grove Subaru. I received several emails from different sales people and it seemed like they didn't know that the other was emailing me. Finally, I had responded to Mike Waller, but emails from different sales people and it seemed like they didn't know that the other was emailing me. Finally, I had responded to Mike Waller, but after I informed him as to what I was looking for, he never responded back...not very good customer service. So I decided this dealership was not worth my time...Dickson Yip kept calling me and leaving me messages, so I finally accepted his call and email. Our experience w/ him was very positive. We finally met, showed us the car, went for a test drive and we decided to make the purchase. The test drive, negotiation and paperwork took only 2 hours! Dickson was great and informative. However, he does not like to correspond via email (which was easier for me because of work). But we were happy to work with him and Paul from finance. Paul was also great. He was not pushy about extra products and made us feel at ease. I highly recommend this dealership. More

I had an excellent experience at Elk Grove Subaru. I set up an appointment to look at a Subaru Impreza, and when I arrived Dickson pulled the car out from the back. In the past, I shyed away from dealers due to them being pushy, pressuring me and having an attitude. I did not see these issues with Dickson. He was kind, courteous and no pressure at all. He knew all the details about the car and answered every question I had. When it came time to make a deal, I was given a very fair price on my trade in. The finance Manager, Paul Lanza, was extremely easy to do business with, giving me the best rate Subaru could give me for the term I wanted. He also explained in detail, the extended warranty and options I wanted to add. My overall experience was great! I was in and out of Elk Grove Subaru in 3 hours.
