Everyone we encountered was helpful and informative, and willing to work with us. Asked some questions of Kurtis Klima about our newly purchased car, and he was quite helpful, too. Omar Feda made all the paper signing go smoothly (and who likes all of that endless paperwork?!). He was pleasant, and when he had to try to sell the extended warranty, again it was not high-pressure. Overall, great experience. Would definitely recommend the dealership to others looking for a Subaru. More
Upon entering the dealership we were immediately approached by Dave Melo, who when asked , showed us to the exact model we wanted to purchase. Dave was friendly, and knowledgeable concerning the features offered on the cars he showed us. He let us drive both the four and the six cylinder models so that we could decide for ourselves which one we liked more. He was up, on all of the paperwork we had to fill out. The day we purchased our car, we had a very short window of time to spend at the dealership, (2 hours). We have purchased several new cars in our life, and this has been the best car buying experience to date. We had looked on line at comparable vehicles, and found Lasher Subaru's prices even better. We gave the dealership a call about a car we saw the their new inventory online. Our call was answered by David Melo who met us out front when we arrived. Dave was very friendly, accomodating and concerned with our well being. The finance guy, Mike was quite personable and comfortable to be around and was extremely professional in handling all the paperwork. The car was carefully prepared for us and our overall experience was most positive. We felt that the price of the car was fair and was not more that we expected to pay. We most certainly will recommend the dealership to others. More

Purchased my new Outback from Elk Grove Subaru in October. Great experience. Brought her in for a service to Bill Floyd. He was so very helpful, even putting on my new license plate frames I had just October. Great experience. Brought her in for a service to Bill Floyd. He said I would be receiving them in the mail and he was correct. Even though I have to drive a ways Elk Grove Subaru is my home for service and a new Subaru when the time comes. I have told my friends how pleased I am with EGS. People in shopping centers etc., come over and want to see the new 2012 Outback. I have been told so many times that "I made a great choice in my vehicle, and they notice how "much more room there is inside compared to the older models". More
My husband and I recently bought a certified used tribeca and were traveling up to lake Tahoe from San Jose when we noticed that the passenger side glove box/ dash sprung a leak inside the car. Worried that we would have to cancel our trip to get it fixed we called the nearby dealerships to see if we could bring it by for a diagnosis. Maita Subarus service gave us the standard answer that we'd have to make an apt tomorrow morning and then leave it for the day to be diagnosed. We then called elk grove Subaru and they told us to come on by. Service consultant kurtis Klima quickly diagnosed the issue by jumping in himself to figure out the problem. It turned out to be relatively a simple fix, which he did himself. We were in and out in less than an hour and now back on the road.
