I came back the next day to bring my parents and again, he was very patient going through all the details and answering all my parents' questions. It's been about 2 weeks since I first visited, and I am very satisfied with my decision. I love my Subaru Impreza and I highly recommend this dealership. Dickson Yip went the extra mile to find the perfect Outback for our family when the car I had initially looked at, sold the day before we came in to make our purchase. We also benefited from the special sale pricing. After extensive online searching and a visit to one other dealership we found the best price (and the nicest sales people) @ Lasher's. The kids were comfortable (& safe) in the lounge w/ the big screen TV and visible to us during most of the negotiations. The dealership offered complimentary water, tea & coffee. Walked in and Zach was the first person to come and talk to me. Even though I wasn't down for buying a car right then, he took me around and showed me exactly what I wanted to see and was very knowledgeabl to me. More importantly, he was easy to talk to and didn't make our entire conversation all about "the sale". The next day Dave and I went in and bought the exact car we were looking for. If it wasn't for Zack being so laid back and fun, we were ready to drive all the way to Fairfield to get the model we wanted. Everyone was very nice and helpful and at no time did either of us feel any pressure. We have both dealt with different car dealers in the past and I must say, of all the vehicles I have purchased, I very much enjoyed this experience. Omar was great...as he was doing our closing paperwork I again did not get the "sales pitch". He told us about what he had and what he really believed in and then asked us what we wanted and worked with us until we could get the extras we really wanted at an affordable payment. We want to share our experience buying a car at Elk Grove Subaru. Actually we tried buying an Outback closre to home (Modesto).We had a real bad experience there and just walked out.Next morning I called Elk Subaru. I was real fortunate to have gotten Carl Volk. He was great, I told him what I was looking for, he said there may be 2 or 3 Outbacks like I wanted. He called me back within 30 minutes, I made an appointment for the next morning, drove 1 1/2 hours, met Carl, and bought our 2012 Outback. First car he showed us.
