Had a great experience dealing with the "crew" at this dealership. I'm from the Peninsula and was more the willing to travel to this dealership for a vehicle they had on their lot. Mr. Yip was my at this dealership. I'm from the Peninsula and was more the willing to travel to this dealership for a vehicle they had on their lot. Mr. Yip was my "internet" guy who gave me a great $$ that I could not turn down. Unfortunately, he was off the day I came to look at the vehicle but was taken care off by his partner Mr Melo. He made my transaction smooth once I decided on the vehicle. No gimmicks or funny stuff, they honored the $$ that Mr.Yip and I agreed prior to my visit. On to the finance dept. where I was introduced to Mike Lagandaon. Mike knew I was pre approved and was able to get me a better rate than my credit union. Thanks Mike!!! Mike was upfront and straightforward on the deal I was getting. No extra was added and talked about just got my paper work for delivery and I was out the door. Kudos also to Mr. David Lang for giving Mike the "heads up" when I forgot to fund my checking account that same Saturday I got my vehicle. Mike was able to get back to me and assure me he will deal with my check on the following Wednesday. Honest guys who cares about their customers, hard to come buy nowadays. More
I walked into EG Subaru dealership just to look at the Subarus that my wife and daughters were raving about. There I met David Melo and he was just full of information about the Subarus but was not ready Subarus that my wife and daughters were raving about. I came back a couple of weeks later to test drive a Legacy and David was there to help me out. After the drive, we talked and he offered to make a deal on a Legacy. I told him that I was waiting for a refi on my home before I could buy a car and he understood that. There was no pressure at all. Refi finally completed and it came down to a Subaru Legacy or a Toyota Camry SE. Most of the sales consultants at the Toyota dealership didn't really know that much about their product. They had to keep finding an assistant manager or manager to answer my questions. It just seems like the Toyota sales people were leaning on Toyota's reputation to sell cars instead of taking the extra step in learning about their product to sell them. There was one Toyota dealership that I went to 3 times and nobody even came to help me. I went back to the Subaru dealership because I saw the color and Legacy model that I was interested in and test drove it with David. I decided to make an offer to David and we eventually agreed on a sales price. David is a good role model of what a salesperson should be. In the past, I've dreaded going out to buy a car because of the haggling. There was no pressure and it was a pleasant buying experience. I'd recommend him and the Elk Grove Subaru dealership for those looking at buying a Subaru. Thanks David. More

On 12/8/12 Mr. Hall was very quick to respond to our On 12/8/12 Mr. Hall was very quick to respond to our request for a Eprice on the Impreza Limited trim level shown in your web site new car inventory. On 12/8/12 Mr. Hall was very quick to respond to our request for a Eprice on the Impreza Limited trim level shown in your web site new car inventory. We called for a 5 pm appointment to view and drive the Impreza. Mr. Hall had a five door model, in the requested Satin White Pearl color, washed and ready. We drove the 40 miles to the dealership, planning to look, not realizing we would be buying, alas, we didn't have our trade-in with us! We were very impressed with the Impreza both visually and the road test. We decided to go for it (fiscal cliff withstanding), and in about an hour Mr. Hall had gone over all the paperwork with us, making sure we understood all the details. Mr. Lagandaon explained all the financial paperwork requirements, making sure we understood the details, and had us initial or sign (in what seemed endless places marked in yellow) where necessary. We agreed to return Monday 12/10, with the trade-in, to complete the deal and take delivery of the Impreza. The Impreza was washed, with a full tank of gas, and after Mr. Hall explained the various knobs and controls, and synched the phone to the Blue Tooth feature, we headed home. The Impreza was nimble in traffic, and is probably one of the most comfortable car I have owned (except for my old VW Beetle). Guess I'm over 25 words.... Larry and Mitze, Rocklin, CA More
I wanted to recognize Carl Volk. He's very friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle. I especially liked the "No Pressure" attitude. Although Subaru did not have the vehicle I was looking for, Carl made it much more pleasuable when it comes to car shopping. (Not one of my favorite things to do!) I did eventually find a wonderful car, but it was nice to know that Carl kept his eyes open for the type of vehicle I was looking for and in my price range. Thank you again Kris Wilde More

The first price offer on a new lease from Elk Grove Subaru was $50 and $80 less than the other two dealers. After was all finished, I saved $60 and $90 per month over the other two dealers. That's a savings of more than $4000 over the 42 month lease period. I highly recommend working with Dickson Yip. Good prices and straight shooter! More
