This was my first Subaru purchase and the car is great. They have a lot of vehicles and models to choose from. Craig has been great and knowledgeable, was not pushy to purchase a vehicle and understood my They have a lot of vehicles and models to choose from. However, when it came time to purchase the vehicle itself, it took longer than I had anticipated. Ended up at the dealership for five hours the first night. Came to pick up the vehicle the next day and was told something completely different from what we had agreed to the night before. Trying to add on what we didn't ask for. With all that was going on the manager was rude and not once did he come out to talk to me directly, but I can hear him in his office that wasn't pleasant.. A different salesperson was working with us that day and became agitated and asked if we wanted the car or not. It left an unpleasant taste towards the end of the visit, I still wanted the car and needed one urgently. They asked if there was anything that they can do to make my experience positive and still have not gotten a call back. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I want to service my vehicle with them in the future. More

Meeting Marissa at Elk Grove Subaru was a breath of fresh air. She curated the car experience. We didn't randomly walk around the lot looking at things, She actually LISTENED and had a line-up of options REA air. She curated the car experience.
