Meeting Marissa at Elk Grove Subaru was a breath of fresh air. She curated the car experience. We didn't randomly walk around the lot looking at things, She actually LISTENED and had a line-up of options REA air. She curated the car experience. Marissa was great, we had been in contact with her for a week or two prior to coming in, and when we finally came in to buy our car she had everything but the fine details sorted out. There was no haggling week or two prior to coming in, and when we finally came in to buy our car she had everything but the fine details sorted out. There was no haggling required as everything I reasonably wanted was met. Once we got to Dave to finalize the finances it was smooth sailing. All in all it was about two hours from when we got there to when I was driving away in my new car. This is second time my wife and I have come to Elk Grove Subaru, and it certainly won't be the last.
