DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! ! Damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it. Brought my brand new (2 weeks old) Kia Telluride here 8/9/2022 for an alignment under warranty. Dropped ! Damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it. Brought my brand new (2 weeks old) Kia Telluride here 8/9/2022 for an alignment under warranty. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am and picked up at 4:15 pm when they called, which is a very excessive amount of time for an alignment. Upon picking up my vehicle my radio settings were changed to loud heavy rock music and my drive settings were also changed. I immediately felt it was odd and unprofessional, this made me fell my vehicle was taken for an excessive drive due to this, and also not being provided with my mileage out in my paperwork. Immediately when driving, my vehicle was pulling hard to the right, I had to constantly pull my wheel to left the whole drive home to keep my vehicle straight. Unbelievable that they would let a vehicle leave in that condition, worse than when it arrived. I called and spoke with my service advisor Dylan on my drive home and he said I could bring it back, however I had an appt at 5pm and was already without my vehicle for a full day for a simple alignment. Upon arriving home I see my bumper is scratched and paint chipped. My vehicle is brand new and I had also hand washed my vehicle the evening prior, so I know exactly the condition of my car. I also walked my vehicle upon drop off, as did Dylan the service rep. I signed a paper that stated their was zero damage to my vehicle as well with Dylan. I instantly called and left a message for their service manager Rich upon returning home regarding the damage, that same day. I never heard back the next day until I called again close to 5. He apologized and said he saw the message flashing on his phone and did not bother to check it (how professional). Upon speaking with him and emailing photos of the damage, he stated the next day that him and the GM "Terry" will not be paying for the damage that occurred to my vehicle in their possession. Bill the service manager did state to me that he does not agree with the general manager Terry but his hands are tied in the matter. I never actually got a call from the General Manager Terry, despite leaving a message for him. I have since paid for my own alignment to be done correctly from a reputable shop in my town, when it is something that should have been addressed with my warranty. This dealership is very unprofessional and mismanaged. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE if you value service, professionalism, and the condition of your vehicle. More
Don't do business here. The management is horrible, they're so rude. I didn't buy my Kia there but was getting it serviced there. They have no consideration or customer service skills. More
I been told all my life to avoid dealership service departments because they strong arm you. But not this one! I went in for a recall and a service and Freddy helped me out. Freddy informed me of the s departments because they strong arm you. But not this one! I went in for a recall and a service and Freddy helped me out. Freddy informed me of the service interval for my vehicle and helped me understand what the milestones are for my vehicle and when the big services are due. Got me taken care of and on my way! This is inappropriate and offensive for anybody with an ounce of common sense. I don't expect any reputable business to ask for personal financial information to simply disclose the winner of a contest. People have good credit for a reason. If Kia wants good customers they need to understand the basics about why people have good credit. Please don't make matters worse by trying to blame the sells person. He asked a superior after we decline to provide financial information as a condition of disclosing our winnings. I TOLD what the problem was (airbag sensor) and did not receive any quote upfront. We said that we needed the car smog tested and was told that the airbag sensor NEEDED to be fixed to get it smog tested ( receive any quote upfront. It would have been less infuriating had new information and at least proven to be smog checked. I feel cheated out of my money by being parroted back information that was stated when the car was dropped off. More
I want to thank all of the people in the service department including the parts department for the excellent service I have gotten on my 2001.
