Poor attitude on phone sounded annoyed to answer questions that he would answer to on the computer....drove 80 mile round trip only to be told that the last person to work on my car didn't set the s questions that he would answer to on the computer....drove 80 mile round trip only to be told that the last person to work on my car didn't set the service indicator light right. Really? I was charged $400 for a who knows what since setting the time for my next service wasn't done properly. I asked to talk to a manager only to have some young guy say what are we supposed to about it? DO YOUR JOB! DO IT CORRECTLY and LOOK UP the art of customer service! I left a message with manager....NO RESPONSE. I recommend taking car somewhere else! More
I bought my car in 2017 and purchased a warranty that allows me to pay $50 for repairs. I had to have 3 repairs done to my car and each time I have to argue with the service department because they don’t allows me to pay $50 for repairs. Last time I was in, something had gone wrong with my air conditioner, heater and fan. I had to wait a month, in the hot weather and health issues before they even had an appointment to get me in. They had my car for two days and told me a piece of foam was stuck in the fan, and isn’t covered u dear the warranty and had me pay $200! I think the piece of foam got in the air conditioner fan the previous time I had gone in for service. There was no explanation of how this random piece of foam got into my air conditioning fan. I am not happy that it wasn’t under my warranty because I shouldn’t have to pay for some thing that wasn’t my fault. I truly believe the foam came from their negligence when they did a recall a week or so before the air conditioning broke.I would love to be able to trust them with my car needs, but I don’t. More

I brought my car in to get some safety recalls done and received an inspection report with a couple of recommended services that didn't need to be done. I had just bought new tires and had an alignment don received an inspection report with a couple of recommended services that didn't need to be done. I had just bought new tires and had an alignment done and an oil flush n oil change a week prior to bringing my car in to Hyundai. When I brought my car into Hyundai service, they ran it over a machine to check the tire tread and alignment. The lady stated that i must have just got new tires and an alignment done. I confirmed that and she put in the report that my tires and alignment were good. I am not sure what the mechanic read on the report or if he even read it but the mechanic stated on his report that he recommend a tire rotation and my oil was low. When i went to pick up my car, i mentioned it to the people in the service department and i asked them to show me my oil level. When they checked it, my oil level was at the correct level and they can clearly see that i just got an oil change done. I also told them that i definitely did not need a tire rotation since they can clearly see from Hyundai machine that my tires are brand new and alignment was just done. The mechanic that worked on my car clearly needs some training unless Hyundai is just trying to get money from their customers by charging them for unnecessary work that clearly doesn't need to be done. Disappointed and unhappy long time Hyundai customer. More
