The Service department was easy to reach to make an appointment. When I arrived they were ready for me and my car serviced while I waited. They had coffee, pop corn, and tv to pass the time. Asjah, pro appointment. When I arrived they were ready for me and my car serviced while I waited. They had coffee, pop corn, and tv to pass the time. Asjah, pronounced like Asia, was very courteous and helpful. She explained what was going on and answered a few questions that I had. When our car was ready she sent a text and when I got there the car was washed and ready to go! Elk Grove is closer to my home but even if it wasn't I would return here just because of the customer service. More

I had an appointment made for 7:00 a. m. but when I got there they didn't open until 8:00, I waited about 20 minutes before they started to open up the garages. I thought that was pretty i m. but when I got there they didn't open until 8:00, I waited about 20 minutes before they started to open up the garages. I thought that was pretty inconvenient. They also told me the service provided would take an hour to an hour and a half but it ended up taking almost 4. The service provided at checkout was quick and the girl was nice. More

Poor attitude on phone sounded annoyed to answer questions that he would answer to on the computer....drove 80 mile round trip only to be told that the last person to work on my car didn't set the s questions that he would answer to on the computer....drove 80 mile round trip only to be told that the last person to work on my car didn't set the service indicator light right. Really? I was charged $400 for a who knows what since setting the time for my next service wasn't done properly. I asked to talk to a manager only to have some young guy say what are we supposed to about it? DO YOUR JOB! DO IT CORRECTLY and LOOK UP the art of customer service! I left a message with manager....NO RESPONSE. I recommend taking car somewhere else! More
