Terrible! Came in for the oil change service, service staff almost let me drive of without a back light! His question was, "do you want to me to replace that??" Then I drive the car home and its shaking and seizing! I call and he says, "We don't balance the tires we just rotate them". Next time I'm calling my uncle what a waste...my car is in worse shape than when I brought it to them. More

Get there 10 minutes early (silly me!) and have to wait two hours. Service guy says he was waiting for a phone call in regards to our wheel. Why didn't he call us and tell us to come in a hour later? He was so impressed with himself because he was "trying really hard and everyone was so sorry and we just needed to understand." He told us they were "just finishing up and they would come and get us." I followed him out and low and behold, they hadn't even put the wheel back on the car yet. More

Most displeased with service work I made an appointment for 1:15 p.m. I arrived at 1:10 and was informed by the service advisor the mechanics take their lunch from 12 to 1 and will be I made an appointment for 1:15 p.m. I arrived at 1:10 and was informed by the service advisor the mechanics take their lunch from 12 to 1 and will be back shortly, keep in mind it is 1:10, so in my mind, how foolish a person can be, the mechanics should already be back, (Sacramento Hyundai you better shore up your break policies). Well, the service advisor said he would get a mechanic on it right away and he would get back with me in a hour. So I watched and the car didn't move for at least 20 minutes. It was 2 hours later when I finally was fed up and asked the so called service advisor how much longer, he said, "Oh, oh I have it right here", so why didn't he call me. You can imagine I was quite upset. He said they have the part and it will take 45 minutes to install. Well an hour and a half later they finally had it done, but it was not over all the paperwork is unbelievable and very slow and irritating to the customer. I also have a Chevy and the service work there goes as smooth as silk. Sacramento Hyundai go to the chevy dealership and take some lessons. More
I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Anthony Partida at Sacramento Hyundai. I've owned several cars in my life, and Anthony has been the best salesman I've ever worked with. He's very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and kind. If I buy another car in the future, I would love to only deal with Anthony. I bring my car to Sac Hyundai Service Dept., for the regular check-ups and questions I may have. In the Service Dept., I do business with Dave Ski, who is also very professional and knowledgeable, and does a fantastic job at taking care of my car, and making sure everything is 100% perfect. I accidentally scratched my front bumper on a trip, and also had a scratch on the passenger-side of my car, and Hiep from H20 Auto Body took care of both (his shop is located on the same property as Sac Hyundai, right next to the Service Dept.). Hiep and his crew did an utterly fantastic job at fixing and painting those scratches (the paint job is flawless, and their customer service is excellent). I have had no problems, issues, complaints, or any concerns, with Sac Hyundai on Florin Road, or it's Service Dept. I bring my car to them, and them only, and will go to no one else. I am extremely happy with Anthony, Dave, Hiep, and their crews. My Sonata is my "baby", and I'm very fussy about it. So to trust these people with my car, means that they're 100% top-notch in their fields. They are always very helpful and get the job done, even if I call them with a simple question like how to operate one of the many features in my car. BOTTOMLINE: I love these guys and Sac Hyundai on Florin Road. WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM: Definitely, no question, hands-down. FIVE STAR RATING? I give them 5,000. More

Although we did not buy our 2007 Sonata here, this is the closest dealer for service. Upon bringing our car in we told them about two issues we were having, a stuck lock on the driver's door, and driver's s closest dealer for service. Upon bringing our car in we told them about two issues we were having, a stuck lock on the driver's door, and driver's seat not operating correctly. We stated that we had bought an extended warranty but weren't sure what it covered. Sean pulled up our information on the screen and said yes we did have the warranty and that it would "probably" be covered. He also explained they diagnosed first, and then asked warranty company if it was covered. Since he seemed to think it was covered, we okayed the work. Long story short, our warranty was a POWER TRAIN warranty only. and nothing we turned in was covered. So, about $250 later, nothing is fixed and nothing is covered. We feel strongly that we should have been told it was a power train warranty only. We would have known it was not covered. When questioned we were told in short, somewhat rude tones, that the up-front money was explained to us ahead of time, and nothing could be done to help cover the cost. We are now in the process of selling this car and will never recommend a Hyundai to anyone, mostly due to their service record and warranty that doesn't cover much that is not "big." We're VERY disappointed in this automaker, and particularly this dealership. More
