Not enough people. I called Tuesday all afternoon to try to schedule an appointment because I had a tire problem that needed prompt attention. They were nice; just short staffed. Did get oil changed at Sam’s to d, but did not get a sticker with the next mileage &/or dates. Now have an e-mail stating it is time for the next service but not certain if for oil change or something more. I specifically told the gentleman yes to whatever service is needed while you have it, but need xx k on Wednesday; the day I was talking to him. Do I need something else? When is the next oil change due? Can you send me the sticker for my car? More
