The person I made the appointment with, made me aware that I would have to pay diagnosis cost if the problem wasn't the part that was part of the extended warranty. Jae was great in reinforcing that, so that I would have to pay diagnosis cost if the problem wasn't the part that was part of the extended warranty. There is a problem with my car that is not part of the extended warranty. I would have liked to have a copy of the quote for service so that I could plan for it in the future.
