There were lots of issues with getting my car fixed, and the only bright spot was Cruz. She was great. She kept me up to date on the progress and worked to get things moving as best she could. It was pretty unbelievable how long it took to get the part from the time I bought the car. The process started on Oct. 8th and it was finally installed and ready on Feb. 13th. Even after the car was brought in to get fixed, there were issues and a mix-up of the correct part and body shop. This will definitely weigh heavily on my willingness to purchase/lease from Maita once my current lease has ended. More
