Oil Change Only I only wanted an oil change but when I got my car back the heat on my car wasn't as strong it was. I went back and one of the employee told me if you I only wanted an oil change but when I got my car back the heat on my car wasn't as strong it was. I went back and one of the employee told me if you have it on high it works. However, I've always kept my heat on low and it worked amazing. Thanks to them it doesn't work as well. More

Forgot to call I had been receiving recall notices for my Nissan Pathfinder for quite a while now. I finally decided to take my car in on my day off and was told tha I had been receiving recall notices for my Nissan Pathfinder for quite a while now. I finally decided to take my car in on my day off and was told that I would have to leave the car and they would need to see whether or not they would have the part in stock or whether it needed to be ordered. Of course, they did not have the part that was needed for recall they and it needed to be ordered. I had to make another appointment for my car to then go back at a later time. Yesterday I dropped my car off and was told that the work would only take about one and a half hours. 3 hours later I still hadn't received a call. I called the service center asking if everything was oK with my car because I was told that the service would only take an hour and a half. They asked me my name and my phone number in case we got disconnected. As the girl proceeded to put me on hold we got disconnected. I waited a bit and didn't receive a call back. I had to call again and was told that my car was ready. Upon hanging up with her my phone then rang telling me my car was then ready. I inquired why I wasn't called sooner. The girl proceeded to tell me that she was new and neglected to call me. As far as I'm concerned that's bad customer service. As I dropped off my car yesterday I was asked by a new member at the Nissan service center (Mike) if I had filled out the survey/questionnaire that was emailed to me. I responded that I had not. He reminded me and asked me to please fill it out after my experience there. Well, if he hadn't asked me, I would have ignored it again when I received it through email. But it seemed to be of importance. I do value honesty, but I also value great customer service. When you tell me it's going to take one and a half hours and 3 hours later I still don't have my car because they forgot to call me, that's bad customer service. More
