I will not purchase this car the finance manager is a very shady character. I walked out on this deal because the finance manager increased the price during signing and refused to justify his reason. He maintained that he had to increase price face to face. I have my suspicions but suspicions are not facts so, i wont comment on that. Just be very careful and read through your paperwork if you deal with these people. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More
Was looking for a rare Audi Allroad with low, low miles for our 1st family vehicle. After several months of searching (and loosing out on 4 potential Allroads with miles less than 60,000) we found an 2004 for our 1st family vehicle. After several months of searching (and loosing out on 4 potential Allroads with miles less than 60,000) we found an 2004 Allroad with 34,500 miles on Autotrader at Elite Motors. (FYI Average mileage of an 2004 Allroad is 109,000 miles and the lowest I had found prior was 48,000 miles) Spoke with Diego who with no money down guaranteed me 1st look at the vehicle when it hit his lot. Diego was true to his word. He called daily to keep me posted on any progress and updates to service work which may have needed to be performed. My concern was that another salesman would sell it without his knowledge. To ease my concern; he had the Manager Mark inform all employees of Diego’s promise to me. Received a call from Diego as promised as soon as it hit the lot. Diego allowed me to come up and see it before they even had it detailed. The 2004 Allroad had everything we wanted. Sunroof, Color, etc. Couldn’t believe it. Diego had it detailed and about a week later my wife and I came by to pick it up and take to a local Audi Mechanic for a third party inspection. The car was mint. Only concern was it was missing an air compressor for the spare. Easy to miss. After agreeing on a fair price Diego knocked off the price of a compressor and we signed the paperwork. Most of us are skeptical of salesman. Diego was hand down the exception to the rule. He followed through with everything he said. Couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to many, many years with our new family vehicle. More
Craig is great but the rest of the business is bad, bad!!! Sold us a truck that had a $1,100 repair bill, still have no plates or a tile after a month! I attempted to buy a vehicle from this dealer and I would recommend you stay away. My experience showed no integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and professionalism from management. First off, looks as though these one sentence five star reviews arent written by people who have actually bought cars from them.... I bought a BMW from Elite and didnt get a deal but they had a hard to fin reviews arent written by people who have actually bought cars from them.... I bought a BMW from Elite and didnt get a deal but they had a hard to find model that I liked. At first glance the car was perfect but little did I know all of the problems that I would run into. The car leaks oil like crazy, has a transmission defect (quoted at $5000 to repair), and also had a fuel line problem. This was all discovered within the first two weeks of me owning the car and I rarely drive it, thats the scary part. I called Mark the manager to ask if he could help out with my repair bill from my fuel problem and the short awnser was that he would give me a 100 dollars in detailing for free. I had about 1000 miles on the car since I bought it and the extended warranty that they tried to sell me wouldnt have even covered my issue. The dealer that fixed my car ($1500) dollars, said that this was a cracked fuel pressure line that should have been seen on inspection and doesnt just pop up all of a sudden. I should have gotten the car inspected, my bad on that one. Oh and their finance department is a joke, the rate they could get me at was around 9% and when I took it to my credit union I was approved at 3.75%. This is the only time I will be dealing with these guys and it had been nothing but frustrating and expensive. Long story short, do your homework and get the car inspected. I would never bring my vehicle there to get repaired either. This is just my expierience and yours may be different but I am a very reasonable person, just felt like they didnt care about helping after the sale. More

Although this is the least expensive car I have ever purchased, I can already tell you that I have never owned a car that has made my day as much as this one.... I've had BMW 540i six speed's and seven series that can't compare to the way I feel about the Mini. This was the perfect car for me. I purchased this vehicle sight unseen and it was better than expected when I received it. I am a Ebay Buy It Now customer and the whole process with Elite Motors was 1st class! Thanks again Craig. Last Saturday, I found a bmw 750 on a car website (autotrader.com). It was a car I've been looking for some time so I decided to call to make sure it was still on sale before making such long trip, f (autotrader.com). I spoke to Diego, who told me he'd call me back in 10-15 minutes and let me know if the car was available. After a little while Diego did call me back, and told me the car was indeed available. I then told him I'd be over in a couple of hours, around 2pm or so. When I got there, Diego had cleaned up the car, and got it ready for us to drive. We took it for a test drive. I was very impressed with the vehicle. When we got back, after a little negotiating, we were ready to purchase the car. Then we went over to the finance office where I met with Debra, the finance manager. We got the financing, and paperwork out of the way, in a bit of time. It was the single, easiest car purchase I have ever been a part of. Before we left we met with Mark, the general sales manager, who thanked us personally. I definitely plan on coming back, and recommending these guys. More
