I bought a MINI cooper I had a problem I bought a car, yes it had 82k miles but I expected an inspected vehicle. I purchased the extended warranty that was recommended. This was a stressful experience but my last conversation with the General Manager Steve he had is customer service in place. He helped me, with the difficulties. and got me a better warranty. Best used car experience ever Craig was Great. I looked at four 2004 BMW M3 Convertibles, similar mileage etc., before buying from Elite. Their price wasn't the lowest but was 2nd Craig was Great. I looked at four 2004 BMW M3 Convertibles, similar mileage etc., before buying from Elite. Their price wasn't the lowest but was 2nd best and the car was in the best shape of those I viewed. Craig's service, demeanor and lack of pressure "closed the deal" for me. I wanted to take the car to my Mechanic and he encouraged me on this. That showed me that he was confident of the cars overall condition. Everything Craig told me, after having the car up on the rack and checked by Elite's mechanics was confirmed by my mechanic of 30 years (i.e. almost new front brake and 80% tire life left, etc., no fluid leaks etc.). Top notch dealer and Craig is a top notch salesman Great place to buy a used car!!!!! I hate shopping for cars. I live 1 hour away from Mundelien, IL. He even went out and physically inspected and drove the vehicle since I lived out of state and was going to make a 2.5 hour drive I wanted to know everything. when I got there ,craig was waiting for me and the vehicle was just like the pictures and how it was described. The staff was very friendly and after the test drive, they had all the paperwork done ready to sign in a very timely manner. They really made my car buying experience enjoyable. LOVE the Audi!! Craig gave seamless sales experience and is a Gentleman! Our family was in the market for another vehicle. I had been thinking about a Buick, but as my husband said...."It's nice, but it's NOT A PORSCHE.." Our family was in the market for another vehicle. I had been thinking about a Buick, but as my husband said...."It's nice, but it's NOT A PORSCHE.." True. We drove almost 2 hours to Elite Motors after seeing a Porsche on eBay and wanted to test drive. Craig G. met us with a smile. He quickly realized the vehicle was for myself and welcomed our family with respect and accommodation. It was then I learned that Porsche sales to women had doubled over the past few years and was the SUV to buy if you wanted a truck that compared to no other. Craig was very informative! He knew of the option package features of the vehicle and their price points. We price compared and with the "special order options", the truck was definitely wholesale priced, not dealer priced....no need to haggle. I took my oldest son with to ride in the backseat whilest leaving our youngest with my husband. Craig made me feel comfortable and encouraged I really explore the options of the car and felt completely confident that it was "the one". He answered all of my questions during the test drive, knew about the engine (just by the sounds while driving--impressive to me at least), and even had a conversation with my five year old when he started asking Craig questions. :) He politely obliged as my lovely boys ate cheetos and candy at the edge of his desk! :) As a Mom, I offered our appologies for the crumbs, but Craig insisted that it wasn't a problem. We were treated like family and that he understood, having two kids of his own. We were escorted to the television area where Cartoon network was put on for the kids and introduced to the starbucks coffee machine to ease us through the remainder of the paperwork process. He diligently worked at his desk the whole time. He would kindly retrieve us when a question or signature was required. Craig then called me, as promised, when our additional key was to be mailed out. Anyone (with or without kids) that wants to be treated with kindness and respect will be happy to do business with Craig G. I would buy another vehicle from him anytime. After leaving and considering it for a couple days we started the process of purchasing the Ford F150 truck. They were so pleasant to deal with and so quick to respond to my questions. After a week of getting everything sorted out we drove back in to complete the purchase. Other then it taking a couple hours to get the paperwork completed everything went very smooth and everyone was very accommodating. We purchased the protection plan for the truck and brought it back the following weekend. They gave a vehicle to use while the truck was being protected and had it done in the exact amount of time we were told. It was a great experience buying from Elite Motors and Craig was a great salesman. More
