I was looking for this car for quite some time and every other dealership I went to always had some sort of hidden agenda with the car for sale. Mark showed me the car told all of its history and helped me understand why the extended warranty was beneficial to me. There was no pushing or twisting or arms. He made the sale and the actual finance transaction very easy and painless. He explained all my finance options and helped me make the right decision on payments. This was my first experience with Elite but I am sure it will not be my last!!! More

Bought a BMW X5M "as is" and had an engine issue that was discovered shortly after purchase and I assumed I would be paying for the repair but they fixed it quickly free of charge. Didn't expect that level of customer service, and it sets them apart. Also had the interior and exterior protection package installed. Of course it rained and got the car dirty the day I picked it up. Took it through a $3 car wash the next day and it looks like brand new again. David is an easy to work with guy, kept me up to date on the repair and protection package installation even on his days off. More
