Elite Motors made my auto purchase a great experience. I was extremely happy with my buying experience at Elite Motors. When I began searching for a car my first inclination was to go to a new car dealer, I was extremely happy with my buying experience at Elite Motors. When I began searching for a car my first inclination was to go to a new car dealer, but just by chance I decided to look up the availability of a used car in a higher class than the one I was searching for. In my case it was an Audi S4 instead of an Audi A4 which I originally set out to purchase. Am I glad I did. Elite had just the car I wanted and the the people I dealt with were incredible. Steve the sales specialist at Elite Motors was there to greet me when I got there and helped me immensely making my decision easy. Debra the business manager was fantastic. She guided my through the business end of the deal and in the end I left with the confidence that I was treated fairly and got the best deal possible. They did excellent all over the transaction Hi to you all. I just bought a car from this dealership. There are several aspects or requirements in a buy/sale car's transaction. The sales person, the sales manager, the handling of the sales process including a) the car that you might be interested in and b) if you have a trade in, the fairness of the price that you are being offered. Last but not least, there is the financial process if and only if you plan on financing your vehicle. Elite Motors did excellent. In the dealership, I dealt with a gentleman called Craigg Galanti. He was knowledgeable, cordial and were really informed about the vehicle that I wanted. He gave me some advice regarding the vehicle and walk through all the business aspects of our transaction to get certain that I was satisfied. I had bought several vehicles here in Illinois. The experience with Elite were different. These dealership is really trying to satisfied your needs and to make a fair deal. You know, to earn your business but in a balanced way. Craigg didn't push the deal on me but allowed me space to think and considered my options etc... He went out of his way to make the deal happened even when we were going to extend out of the dealership business hours and rushing the financing process because I told him that I wanted to get the car that day. That in itself is different. The other thing is that he delivered, and I got out of the dealership with my new car, that day. This deal was done thanks not only to Craigg who was the sales man, but also to the dealership manager named Mark, who gave a little extra for my trade in in order to make the deal happened. Once I determined that I was going to go through with the deal, he handed over the financing process. The transaction was handled by a lady called Debra Shore who is the business manager at the dealership. She went through all the paper work, explaining in detail what was it that I was signing in detail and the benefits of each and every warranty that I bought and it costs vs the benefits. She is knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable in the middle of the process of signing all the papers. She got my loan approved in 10 minutes or less and we went through all the paper work in around 20 minutes! In summary, my experience with Elite Motors was wonderful and probably will go back to buy another vehicle there in the future. More
