If he didn't have the answer to our question, he told us that, instead of trying to struggle through it and possibly giving us incorrect info. They are tough negotiators though, so be aware. Mainly because their prices are already better than most. Our buying experience was great. We left with exactly the feeling anyone would want after buying a car. Thanks guys!! More

Quirky, hidden jewel among used car dealers I figured I might be in for a unique experience at Elite Motors when I found that the showroom had only late model Porsches and Mercedes in addition t I figured I might be in for a unique experience at Elite Motors when I found that the showroom had only late model Porsches and Mercedes in addition to a wide selection of used cars at reasonable prices. My salesman John Paul was professional and friendly in a good, low key way. He went out of his way to solve a slightly unusual situation I had with a license plate from a previous vehicle and found a terrific rate on a car loan. I asked JP about the "For the People" slogan and he and a manager explained that it symbolizes their very real commitment to customer service. Everybody seems to be working hard to striving to live to their motto. My only constructive criticism is that it took me three tries to find someone to help me when the original salesman I had been in touch with through the internet was not available.
